Stop and Rest

Welcome, my name's Kim.  Meditation practice and self enquiry continue to show me that life is not the battle I once thought it was.  It doesn't mean it's always hearts and flowers, but its peaks and troughs have become much less peaky and troughy.  There are many more moments of utter delight, too.  

 

I don't profess to being 'fixed' or 'enlightened' or to being any sort of spiritual whizz-kid.  I'm simply a fellow explorer, exploring, and you're very welcome to join me as I continue on the way.

 

You can also find me at Serenity Retreat where I run a meditation-based holiday company right by the beach on a Greek island, and I run weekend retreats in the UK.
