At the 22 min point, after the meditation, I get angry. I share this because anger in and of itself isn't bad. My time running Serenity Retreat has shown me that women, in particular but not exclusively, really struggle with allowing anger. There are old stories rattling around about always 'being nurturing', 'not making a fuss', 'being seen but not heard', 'being good' and all that old crapola.
